Comic #141: Resounding Wisdom

Monday, January 18th, 2010

As much practice as Persephoni has had with her new Elite abilities so far, her track record with actually keeping Chelsea safe is sorely lacking. This whole situation makes you wonder just to what extent her powers reach, though; if she’s able to take the form of Peter to save Ezzy’s life, just what else is she capable of doing?

I’m really enjoying the increased speed of producing these solid black lineart pages. The next story that I’m putting on the table is actually entirely based on a true story, so stay tuned for that next week.

Don’t forget: Peter and Company is on Facebook, and I’ve also begun updating the Chronicles of Ademar blog regularly as well.

For every $30 that is donated overall, a page will be posted in full color!
Current tally: $15.00 Pages Owed: 0

Hmm. This makes the previous strip a lot less appealing to me. I really liked seeing a more mature side of Peter. And I always love a good brother/sister bond. Oh well, I guess that maybe some time in the future…

  2. Geraint Says:

ok that makes sense, but it now means peter never saw it happen, but i still laugh uncontrolably every time i think about it.

@Baree: Yeah, it’ll happen in time. Persephoni was present when Peter’s mom asked Ezzy for the favor, so she was just doing a bit of damage control with this whole thing. Peter will get closer with Ezzy over time on his own, and even though he didn’t witness this event himself, rest assured their relationship did get stronger as a result of it.

@Geraint: Yup, Peter’s completely unaware of what really went on. Kinda makes you wonder how things will go with Chelsea after she was brought down a peg or two.

I just found your comic and site yesterday and read the archives last night. Fantastic…
I like your drawing style and story lines.

  5. Jerico Says:

ok, I cant help but laugh at the fact that peter will be totally oblivious to the fact that “he” saved his sister, lol I wonder what will happen next
