Comic #126: Shattering the Ice

Monday, June 15th, 2009

This was a classic situation for me as a kid. No matter how many times I would rehearse what to say during the initial meeting with a girl I liked, I would always end up flubbing it. I never randomly blurted out my name like this, but I definitely said a few bits of gibberish that were just as awkward. I think one time I started rambling about my dog at the time and how she had her tail randomly sucked up the vacuum (her tail healed in a permanent curl afterwards). Not the best conversation starter, believe me.
