Comic #109: Bravery Unrewarded
Monday, May 26th, 2008So close, and yet so far. Rest assured, though, Peter will eventually get to talk to Whitney. It’s just not going to happen in this story arc. There’s also still one page to go after this one, too.
The deadline is coming quick for the book release, and I’m really going to be pushing myself to full steam this week to get all of the coloring and layouts done in time. I’ll have to order a proof copy of the book after submitting it to the publisher (to make sure that everything is good before I officially put it up for sale), so depending on how long it takes them to ship it to me, I should have the links posted within a week or two.
For every $30 that is donated overall, a page will be posted in full color!
Current tally: $15.00 Pages Owed: 0

Hehe. I just love Peter’s stance there. Brilliant.

Aahh finally gathered courage, then find you’re *just* too late… Familiar feeling, that one!

Holding the stance from panels 6-8. Not exactly the bestest idea.
Good example of 4th wall, too.

Poor poor Peter…
Honestly, that is all I can say about this strip.
Poor Peter…
The wording in panel 6 makes me think- “D&D much???”

Hehe… I also like the way Pete’s fingers start to droop in the 2nd-to-last panel

Well, Peter’s got some part of it down there: if you can’t actually BE confident, then simply FAKE it. Pity I didn’t learn that until a year ago myself. Thank God for Gurren Lagann.
Don’t give up, Peter! Even if you fall, you still fall forward! Or something like that!
