That must have been like taking a punch to the gut.Of all the things to deal with.He still a kid,i don,t think he can handle this.Anyone would be shaking up by some thing like this.I think this is gonna push peter over the edge.Seth will be upset with peter but he will relaze that its his own fault. He should have been more careful.Peter might be depressed or he could change into one angery one young man.Well you got a good story going here.Keep it up dude.

After reading the comments on the previous strip, I figured out why Seth was crying. This makes the question, why does he say he failed him? Options include: 1) he died. Bound to happen eventually, so this is a guardian angel needing expectation adjustment. 2) he died early. A reason to cry, and unexpected enough. 3) he died in a fallen state, in a bad way, in a situation belying a lack of moral character, with which Seth tried and tried to imbue him. Option 3 gives the most dramatic bang, so I'm pulling for that one.

Nooo! That is so sad! Pauvre Seth. It will be interesting to see what happens when he next talks with Peter, whether there is a loss of faith or he gets angry about peter going in his stuff or none of the above. I guess that sort of depends on how this 'Steven' died. (will we get details??) First time I check the site since march and I find myself in the middle of a drama. I'm not worried about this becoming a drama strip, it always has a good mix between pathos (Peter made fun of @ school) and bathos (KORGAR DEMANDS ELK HOOVES!)
can't...wait...until...next...update!

I agree, you really have a gift for using the the perfect expressions. As far as textures go, I think I like how the carpet looks fuzzy in panel 5. I think my favorite expressions in this strip is one panel 1 and 6.

;-; That's so sad! Poor Seth! As always your grasp of expressions is nothing less then AMAZING! I Especially with Peter's face in the seventh frame. I can't wait to see the next one unfold.
