There is actually an entire set of laws behind the Guardians, Worms, and other such characters that governs their conduct and abilities. As with any set of rules, though, there are always loopholes that can be exploited to get around certain boundaries. This means that we might finally get to see just how evil the worms can be.

Also, this comic makes it official: there is a worm named Smee.
