Ladies and gentlemen, Dr. Victor Munchkinn.

To anyone wondering, he really is short. His head comes up to about Peter’s waist, which would probably put him less than two feet tall in real world terms. There actually is a breed of cat called a “munchkin” which is like the dachsund of the feline world. Go ahead, google it, I dare ya.
