The “bullies” in reference here are still a mystery to the reader. Eventually they will have names and personalities to go with that title, and Peter will encounter them face-to-face… but that’s all for a later time. I have other directions to go first before I tackle that path.

Although one tends to wonder how they got him strung up that high to begin with. Adventurous little jerks, aren’t they?
